How to get help with Clover Terminals?

To get support, 

If you're in front of terminal (Clover Solo/Duo/Flex/Mini)

1. Go to Home Screen
2. On left top corner click on "HELP"
3. Select Option to get a call support
4. Edit the Phone number you have with you
5. Click to make a call

Once you get a call say "HELLO" and wait until the machine says press any key to connect. Once done press any key to connect with Clover Support. 

Have this information Handy> 

1. MID: you can find this on the terminal (on home screen with help button)
2. Name of Business
3. Full Address of Business
